Why was my payment declined?

Will my order be taxed?

State sales tax applies to orders shipping to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Georgia, Hawaii, Indiana, Illinois, Iowa, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Texas, Virginia, Washington and Wisconsin. 

Tracking your order

Shipping confirmation emails are generally sent at the end of business the day an order ships, you can find these tracking numbers in your shipment confirmation email. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update on the carrier’s website.

We offer free standard ground shipping on all orders. 

How much is expedited shipping?

Orders shipped expedited will cost $20

When will I receive an email with shipping details and order confirmation?

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been processed.  You will receive a second email with your tracking information once your item ships.

Does Iva Jewell ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses?

At this time we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Can I return a Sale item?

Products that are considered final sale and may not be returned.

Will my shipping be refunded?

Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

I am not happy with my Final Sale purchase, will you take it back?

Final Sale purchases cannot be returned for any reason. If you happen to be uncertain about a Final Sale item please contact us with any questions before placing your order.

Receiving Credit For Your Return

Your refund will be credited back on to the original form(s) of payment up to 7 business days of receiving your return. Your refund will include the cost of the item, plus any applicable sales tax. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

What is Ankara Fabric?

Ankara is commonly known as “Ankara prints”, “African prints”,”African wax prints” “Holland wax” and “Dutch wax”, is a 100% cotton fabric with vibrant patterns. It is usually a colorful cloth and is primarily associated with Africa because of its tribal-like patterns and motifs. (source:  Ankara Fabric)

How do I clean my bag?

Spot clean with mild soap no bleach.  Dry cleaning may change the texture of the fabric, please be careful.
